Bill Bexley, Vice President JSC Realty Investments Services, combines eighteen years of experience in facility planning and over
seventeen years of real estate brokerage offering a unique perspective to his clients. Whether he is pursuing a real estate deal for an industrial user, or carrying out a disposition assignment for a building owner, Bill helps define the firm's needs, or identifies the building features for owners - ranging from power requirements to building systems layout designs. This process, based on his experience
of being in the client's position, ensures that the real
estate decisions are in the optimum interest of his clients.
Prior to joining JSC Realty Investments Services, Bill was affiliated with other Dallas-based commercial real estate firms, including three years with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell and fifteen years with Fults/ONCOR later known as Kennedy-Wilson International. During this time, Bill earned many Top Producer Awards.
Before he began his industrial
real estate career, Bill spent eighteen
years in Corporate America as an industrial engineer,
facilities
engineering manager, and facilities manager for several
companies such
as Whirlpool Corporation, Star Engraving Company, Recognition
Equipment (Now known as Banc Tec), and Apple Computer.
Bill Bexley specializes in
all areas of industrial brokerage including
tenant/buyer representation, building owner representation
as well as
industrial investment property sales. He has assisted
buyers and tenants
in the acquisition of tenant space, land, and buildings
including
experience in build-to-suites to own and lease. Because
of his extensive background in industry, he often serves
as the tenant/buyer's facility and real estate director.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in business administration and an emphasis on industrial management, Bill is an member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) Outside of his work, Bill has been active in Boy Scouts of America for over 18 years, currently serving as Vice Chairman for the North District, and Vice Chairman of the Circle Ten Council Advancement Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bridgeport Methodist Camp and Conference Center. He also is past Chairman of The Board of Trustees for the First United Methodist Church Dallas, Texas. Bill and his wife have 3 sons, 3 daughter-in-laws and 4 grandchildren. |
